Welcome to the 2026 Camp Hook Spit
Dear Campers and Parents,
We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to the much-anticipated Camp Hook Spit! Here’s a comprehensive guide to ensure your experience is enjoyable and well-organized:
Arrival Details:
- Location: Rusty Hook Ranch, 734 County Road 244, Bay City, Texas 77414
- Campers are expected to arrive at Rusty Hook Ranch between 3 pm and 4pm on the first scheduled day. We kindly ask that you do not arrive before 3:00 PM, as our staff will be finalizing setup and preparations. Early arrivals interfere with our process, so we appreciate your understanding.
Departure:
The final day includes an exciting fishing tournament with the weigh-in scheduled from 12 PM to 2 PM. An awards ceremony will follow, and parents and family members are encouraged to join us for the festivities, including Rudy’s BBQ. We anticipate concluding the day’s events by around 3 PM at Rusty Hook Ranch.
Health Information:
If your camper has any food allergies, concerns, or medical issues, please inform us to ensure proper accommodation. Notify us of any medications, even if your camper practices self-administration. It is crucial for us to be informed.
Release Forms:
To participate in camp activities, all campers, parents, or guardians must sign release forms. We will only accept original ink-signed documents, so please bring the signed release forms available for download below:
*A completed W-9 Form is mandatory and must be submitted at camper drop-off using the camper’s information.
