2022 Camp Hook Spit

This will be the 7th Annual Camp Hook Spit! In 2022 we will offer four camps where campers will experience both saltwater and freshwater fishing as we will have full access to a private stocked bass pond and of course each morning campers will fish with some of the best guides and fishing experts Matagorda has to offer! Campers will also learn boater's safety, boating etiquette, casting, lure retrieval, line tying, and more. This year we have added Skeet Shooting to the list of activities. What else could you ask for? Well, how about fishing gear! That's right! Each camper will receive (2) Rod and Reel Combos, Tackle Bag, Lures, Fishing Line, Hat, and a custom Fishing Jersey! Camp Hook Spit is a week-long overnight camp at "Rusty Hook Ranch" in Matagorda, Texas. So pack your bags and get ready to fish your heart out!
